beatvest ist die führende Plattform für zertifizierte, gamifizierte Finanzbildung. Wir unterstützen Banken und Finanzdienstleister dabei, ihre Nutzer:innen zu aktivieren, Vertrauen aufzubauen und die Nutzung ihrer Produktlandschaften zu steigern. Unsere B2B-SaaS-Lösung wird direkt in bestehende Banking-Umgebungen integriert und verwandelt inaktive App-User in informierte Investor:innen.

Als Werkstudent:in Founders Associat AI & Automation arbeitest du eng mit einem unserer Gründer:innen zusammen und erhältst tiefen Einblick in strategische und operative Entscheidungsprozesse eines schnell skalierenden FinTech-Startups. Du hilfst uns, AI in unsere Prozesse, Produkte und Kundenlösungen einzubetten – mit dem klaren Ziel, Finanzwissen zugänglicher, personalisierter und wirkungsvoller zu machen.

Aufgaben

In dieser Rolle gestaltest du aktiv unsere AI-First Transformation mit und arbeitest eng mit Foundern, Produkt, Tech und Content zusammen:

AI-gestützte Automatisierung

  • Konzeption, Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung von Automationen ( die interne Abläufe und B2B-Kundensetups skalierbar machen
  • Entwicklung von AI-gestützten Tools und Prozessen, um Effizienz und Produktqualität zu erhöhen
  • Customer Support - du unterstützt Customer Support, auch gerne mit innovativen AI Prozessen

Data & Insights

  • Analyse von User-KPIs, Lern- und Engagement-Funneln sowie Investment-Conversions bei Bankenpartnern
  • Ableitung datenbasierter Empfehlungen für Produkt- und Feature-Priorisierung – insbesondere im Kontext AI-Personalisierung

AI-Product Enablement

  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Engineering und Content, um AI-Features, Lernpfade und Personalisierungslogiken zu entwickeln
  • Unterstützung bei der Operationalisierung von AI-Modellen und internen AI-Agenten, die unsere B2B-Plattform weiter optimieren

Qualifikation

🎯 Dein Profil

  • 📚 Studium in Data Science, Wirtschaftsinformatik, BWL, Wirtschaftsmathematik oder Vergleichbares
  • 🌍 Sehr gutes Deutsch & Englisch (B2/C1+), auch in schriftlicher Form
