Jetzt setzen wir auf die nächste Stufe: AI Forward Deployment. Wir gehen zu unseren Kunden, finden die Workflows, die sich mit AI automatisieren lassen, und bauen produktive Systeme, direkt dort, wo die Arbeit passiert. Keine Slide-Decks, keine Proof-of-Concepts für die Schublade. Code, der läuft und übergeben wird.

Kurze Wege, ehrliches Feedback, keine politischen Spielchen. Zwischen dir und den Leuten, die entscheiden, liegt keine Hierarchie-Ebene.

Wo wir gerade stehen

Wir sind früh in dieser Wandlung, und genau das ist deine Chance. Wer jetzt einsteigt, formt die AI-Praxis, die andere in ein paar Jahren nur noch bedienen. Du entscheidest mit, wie wir Bootcamps fahren, welchen Stack wir setzen, wie AI beim Kunden wirklich ankommt. Du wirst nicht Nummer 50 in einem fertigen AI-Team. Du bist Teil der Kohorte, die es aufbaut.

Das Fundament steht schon: In den nächsten Monaten lieferst du weiter echte Fullstack-Projekte in unserem Stack (Java, Spring Boot, Angular). Das ist unser Fuß in der Tür. Genau dieses Kundenvertrauen ist der Hebel, mit dem wir die AI-Projekte an Land ziehen. Parallel baust du die AI-Praxis mit auf: erste Agenten-Workflows, RAG-Piloten, die Toolchain, die Bootcamp-Formate.

Was du tust

Du bist kein Entwickler, der in der Ecke sitzt und Tickets abarbeitet. Dich zieht es dorthin, wo die Arbeit passiert: nah am Kunden, nah am Problem. Heute über unsere Fullstack-Projekte, Schritt für Schritt tiefer in die AI-Lösungen, die du beim Kunden baust.

Heute, das Fundament:

• Fullstack liefern. Echte Projekte in Java, Spring Boot und Angular, NestJS zunehmend. Sauberer, produktiver Code beim Kunden, nicht auf der Bank.
• AI reinweben. Wo es passt, bringst du LLM-Bausteine in bestehende Projekte: eine erste Automatisierung, ein RAG-Pilot, ein Agent für einen konkreten Workflow.

Worauf du hinarbeitest und den Weg dahin mitbaust:

• Vor Ort beim Kunden. Du sitzt mit den Leuten zusammen, die das Problem haben. Du bist dort, wo es entsteht.
• Bootcamps durchführen. 5-Tage-Intensivformate, in denen du mit dem Kundenteam vom vagen Wunsch zum funktionierenden MVP kommst. An Tag 3 läuft was.
• AI-Systeme bauen. Agenten-Workflows, RAG-Pipelines, Tool-Integrationen. Open-Source-Stack, MIT-lizenziert. Der Kunde behält alles.
• Übergeben und loslassen. Du baust nicht nur, du befähigst. Pair-Programming mit den Entwicklern des Kunden, Architektur-Doku, Schulungen. Nach dem Piloten arbeitet das interne Team eigenständig weiter.
• Governance mitdenken. Regulierte Umgebungen sind unser Schwerpunkt: DSGVO, BAIT/VAIT, EU AI Act. Du musst nicht alles auswendig können, aber davor zurückschrecken darfst du nicht.

Wen wir suchen

Senior-Level. 8+ Jahre Berufserfahrung insgesamt, nicht spezifisch in AI. AI-Workflows gibt es in der Breite erst seit zwei Jahren, das wissen wir.

Was wir brauchen: einen starken Fullstack-Entwickler mit soliden Grundlagen in unserem Stack (Java, Spring Boot, Angular) und einen echten Zug Richtung AI. Du hast schon mit LLM-APIs, RAG oder Agenten gearbeitet, mindestens ernsthaft nebenbei, idealerweise produktiv. Keine Spielerei auf dem eigenen Rechner, sondern etwas, das lief.

Die Kombination zählt: die Fullstack-Substanz, um heute beim Kunden zu liefern, und der Hunger, die AI-Zukunft mit uns aufzubauen. AI-Erfahrung ist bei uns keine nette Zusatzqualifikation, sondern eine Richtungsentscheidung. Wer nur Fullstack machen und AI für einen Hype halten will, ist hier falsch. Und wer reine AI-Forschung ohne Kundenkontakt sucht, auch.

Genauso wichtig wie der Tech-Stack: Du musst mit Kunden reden können. Du stehst im Bootcamp vor dem CFO und erklärst, warum dieser Workflow zuerst automatisiert wird. Du sitzt mit Sachbearbeitern zusammen und verstehst ihren Alltag. Wenn dir das unangenehm ist, passt die Rolle nicht.

Eine Ausnahme vom Senior-Level: Wenn du in AI richtig stark bist und zeigen kannst, was du gebaut hast, reden wir auch bei weniger Berufsjahren.

Tech-Stack

Must Have, damit du heute lieferst:

• Java und Spring Boot (unser Hauptstack)
• Angular im Frontend (React gern gesehen)
• Solide Grundlagen: relationale Datenbanken (PostgreSQL o. ä.), Docker, Git und CI/CD
• Erste, nachweisbare Erfahrung mit LLM-APIs (Claude, OpenAI o. a.) und Grundkenntnisse in RAG oder Agenten

Nice to Have:

• NestJS, TypeScript
• Python (wird dein zweites Hauptwerkzeug, siehe unten)
• Tiefere Erfahrung mit RAG oder Agenten

Unser AI-Ziel-Stack, hier wachsen wir dich rein (schulbar):

• Python als AI-Hauptsprache
• LangGraph (unsere Agent-Orchestrierung), MCP (Model Context Protocol)
• Claude SDK / Anthropic API, LiteLLM, Langfuse, DuckDB
• Terraform

Diesen Ziel-Stack musst du nicht mitbringen. Wir schulen intern: LiteLLM lernst du in einer Woche, Langfuse in zwei Tagen. Wichtig ist, dass die Fullstack-Grundlagen sitzen, du dich schnell in neue Tools einarbeitest und bei der AI-Reise mit ganzem Herzen dabei bist.

Ehrlich dazu: Diese Rolle lebt von der Nähe zum Kunden. Du bist regelmäßig vor Ort, DACH-weit. Wenn du ausschließlich remote arbeiten willst, ist das hier nicht das Richtige.
