The role involves communication with carriers, drivers, shippers, and brokers through various channels such as email, chat, and phone. The position requires experience in customer support, preferably in a SaaS or similar technical environment. Familiarity with billing/payment platforms is highly recommended.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with a variety of customer inquiries
- Communicate effectively with carriers, drivers, shippers, and brokers via email, chat, and phone
- Resolve billing, payment, and technical issues
- Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries
- Handle escalated issues and escalate to supervisors as needed
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve service
- Follow up on customer requests and ensure timely resolution
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- 2 - 4 years of customer support experience
- Experience in a SaaS or similar technical environment
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Availability to cover weekend and evening hours
