Wir bauen unsere Finanzabteilung gerade neu auf. Bisher haben wir vieles über die Geschäftsführung und unseren Steuerberater gestemmt. Das skaliert nicht mehr. Du wirst Teil eines Teams, das in den nächsten 12 Monaten frisch aufgebaut wird.

Unser Setup ist digital, aber kein Marketing-Märchen. DATEV Unternehmen Online, Microsoft Business Central als ERP. Vieles läuft sauber. Vieles könnte besser laufen. Genau da kommst du ins Spiel.

Aufgaben

Du übernimmst Teile der laufenden Buchhaltung mit klarem Kopf — und baust gleichzeitig mit, was wir für die Zukunft brauchen.

• Belegerfassung und -prüfung in DATEV, Debitoren- und Kreditorenbuchhaltung, Kontenabstimmung
• Zahlungsverkehr operativ: SEPA und Auslandsüberweisungen via EBICS
• Mahnwesen und Forderungsmanagement eigenverantwortlich
• Unterstützung der Vorbereitung von Monats- und Jahresabschlüsse in enger Abstimmung mit unserem Steuerberater
• Plausibilisierung der Umsatzsteuervoranmeldung und BWA — du erkennst, wenn etwas nicht stimmt
• Aufbau einfacher Reporting-Strukturenl: Soll-Ist-Vergleiche, Cash-Forecast, Auswertungen für die Geschäftsführung
• Mitgestaltung bei Digitalisierung und Automatisierung unserer Finanzprozesse
• Schnittstelle zu unserem Steuerberater, zu Banken und intern zu Vertrieb, Logistik und Marketing

Qualifikation

• Betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder Kaufmännische Ausbildung — als Steuerfachangestellte:r, Finanzbuchhalter:in, Bilanzbuchhalter:in oder vergleichbar
• Mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung — gerne aus einer Steuerkanzlei mit Mandantenverantwortung oder Inhouse im Mittelstand
• Sicherheit in DATEV (Unternehmen Online und Rechnungswesen)
• Saubere HGB-Kenntnisse, Routine im Zahlungsverkehr
• Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen — Microsoft Business Central kennen wir gerne, NAV/Navision oder andere reichen auch
• Excel auf solidem Niveau (Pivot, SVERWEIS)
• Ein analytischer Kopf, eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise und die Ruhe, in einer Aufbauphase Prioritäten zu setzen
