Job Description

Für unseren Kunden, eine der führenden Private Equity-Beteiligungsgesellschaften in Europa, suchen wir ab sofort einen Finanzbuchhalter/ Steuerfachangestellte (w/m/d) am Standort Hannover.

Aufgaben

• Buchhalterische Betreuung von mehreren Kapital- und Personengesellschaften
• Verwaltung des Finanzanlagevermögens
• Abwicklung des Zahlungsverkehrs im In- und Ausland
• Erstellung der Monatsabschlüsse
• Vorbereitung des Jahresabschlusses (inkl. Finanzanlagen, Rückstellungsspiegel, Lagebericht) und Betreuung der Wirtschaftsprüfer
• Bearbeitung von schwerwiegenden bzw. außergewöhnlichen Geschäftsvorfällen
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Controlling sowie den Gesellschaftern
• Erstellung und Pflege von Statistiken sowie Verfassung von Berichten
• Zuständigkeit für die vertragliche Auswertung von Gesellschaftsverträgen

Qualifikation

• Eine abgeschlossene Ausbilung als Steuerfachangestellet(w/m/d), im Bereich Finanzbuchhaltung oder eine ähnliche Qualifikation
• Gute Kenntnisse der buchhaltungsrelevanten Unterschiede zwischen Kapital- und Personengesellschaften
• Ausgeprägtes Verständnis im Umgang mit Zahlen
• Eine eigenständige, zuverlässige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
• Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke
• Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft-Office (insbesondere Excel)
• Erfahrung im Umgang mit DATEV, LucaNet oder ähnlichen Systemen
