Unser Mandant ist eine etablierte Unternehmens- und Corporate-Finance-Beratung mit Standorten in Düsseldorf und Nürnberg. Der Fokus der Tätigkeit liegt auf dem deutschen Mittelstand.

Neben klassischer Managementberatung sowie Restrukturierungs- und Sanierungsprojekten begleitet das Unternehmen seine Mandanten bei Unternehmenstransaktionen, Finanzierungen und Nachfolgeregelungen. Dabei steht eine diskrete, verlässliche und partnerschaftliche Zusammenarbeit im Mittelpunkt.

Aufgaben

• Eigenständige Durchführung der laufenden Finanzbuchhaltung
• Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB
• Abstimmung von Konten sowie Klärung von Differenzen
• Bearbeitung des Zahlungsverkehrs und Überwachung von Fristen
• Unterstützung bei steuerlichen Fragestellungen in Zusammenarbeit mit externen Partnern
• Erstellung von Auswertungen und Reports für die Geschäftsleitung
• Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung von buchhalterischen Prozessen

Qualifikation

• Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung zum Finanzbuchhalter (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung, idealerweise im Beratungsumfeld
• Gute Kenntnisse im HGB sowie im Steuerrecht
• Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Buchhaltungssoftwarelösungen und MS Office
• Strukturierte, präzise und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
• Diskretion und Zuverlässigkeit
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
