Job Description

Mit Start zum 1.7.2026 suchen wir motivierte Mitarbeiter für eine Vollzeitanstellung (38,5 h) in der Finanzbuchhaltung**.**

Aufgaben

• Verbuchung sämtlicher Geschäftsvorfälle im Bereich der Debitoren- und Kreditorenbuchhaltung
• Abwicklung des Zahlungsverkehrs inkl. SEPA-Lastschriften, Mahnwesens, der Kostenrechnung und Überwachung OP-Listen
• Verbuchung von Bankkonten
• Bearbeitung und Prüfung der Anlagenbuchhaltung
• Erstellung der Umsatzsteuer-Voranmeldungen
• Unterstützung bei Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen
• Ansprechpartner für Steuerberater und Finanzämter
• Pflege & Optimierung der Buchhaltungsprozesse im DATEV-Umfeld gem. mit der Geschäftsführung
• Unterstützung der Geschäftsführung (Finanz) bei internen Auswertungen

Qualifikation

• Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung als z.B. Buchhalter oder Steuerfachangestellter
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen
• Sehr gute DATEV-Kenntnisse
• Gute Kenntnisse in den MS-Office Tools, idealerweise Erfahrung mit O365
• Genauigkeit und hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung
• Zuverlässigkeit, Engagement und Teamgeist
