Als Financial Accountant verantwortest du die laufende Buchhaltung und sorgst für verlässliche Finanzdaten. Idealerweise bringst du erste Erfahrungen oder Interesse an Data Analytics und/oder Controlling mit. Die Stelle ist zunächst auf 18 Monate befristet zu besetzen - in Voll- oder Teilzeit.

Aufgaben

Finanzbuchhaltung & Rechnungswesen

• Kontrolle, Erfassung und Verbuchung von Eingangs- und Ausgangsrechnungen (CRM & DATEV)
• Verwaltung und Verbuchung von Banken
• Abwicklung des Zahlungsverkehrs sowie Überwachung des Mahnwesens
• Kreditoren- und Debitorenbuchhaltung
• Aktive Mitarbeit beim Monats- und Jahresabschluss
• Weiterentwicklung von Automatisierungen in den Rechnungswesen-Prozessen
• Ansprechpartner für interne Abteilungen und externe Partner bei buchhalterischen Fragestellungen

Qualifikation

Das bringst du mit

• Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder betriebswirtschaftliches Studium
• Mindestens 2–3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in Buchhaltung, Controlling oder Datenanalyse
• Fundierte Kenntnisse in Buchhaltung und Rechnungswesen
• Sehr gute MS-Excel-Kenntnisse (Pivot, komplexe Formeln)
• Grundlegendes Verständnis von Datenbankabfragen (SQL von Vorteil)
• Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse mindestens B2, gute Englischkenntnisse

Nice-to-have

• Kenntnisse in DATEV und/oder einem CRM-System (z. B. MS Dynamics 365)
• Unterstützung beim Controlling, insbesondere Liquiditätsplanung und Budget-Forecasting
• Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung der jährlichen Finanzplanung
• Erfahrung mit Datenmodellierungstools, idealerweise Microsoft Power BI
• Aufbereitung und Pflege aktueller KPIs
