BERGMENSCH ist eine schnell wachsende E-Commerce Marke im Premium-Lifestyle- und Outdoor-Bereich mit einem Jahresumsatz von rund 10 Mio. €. Wir verbinden starke Markenführung mit datengetriebenem Wachstum und suchen einen Finance Manager (m/w/d), der unsere Finanzprozesse professionell strukturiert, weiterentwickelt und als Sparringspartner für die Geschäftsführung agiert.

Aufgaben

Finance & Controlling

• Erstellung und Prüfung der monatlichen BWAs sowie Ableitung relevanter Handlungsempfehlungen
• Cash-Flow-Management und laufende Liquiditätsplanung
• Erstellung von Forecasts, Budgetplanungen und Rentabilitätsanalysen
• Analyse von Umsatz-, Kosten- und Margenentwicklungen
• Aufbau und Optimierung von KPI- und Reporting-Strukturen
• Unterstützung der Geschäftsführung bei finanziellen Entscheidungen

Buchhaltung & Jahresabschluss

• Vorbereitende Buchhaltung
• Kommunikation und Abstimmung mit Steuerberater und externen Dienstleistern
• Vorbereitung des Jahresabschlusses
• Prüfung und Verbuchung laufender Geschäftsvorfälle
• Kontrolle von Debitoren-, Kreditoren- und Zahlungsprozessen
• Überwachung von Fristen, Steuerzahlungen und Dokumentationspflichten

E-Commerce & Warenwirtschaft

• Abwertung von Warenbeständen und Bewertung der Lagerbestände
• Unterstützung und Durchführung von Inventuren
• Analyse von Lagerumschlag, Bestandsreichweiten und Warenbewegungen
• Abstimmung zwischen ERP-, Shop- und Buchhaltungssystemen
• Kontrolle von Zahlungsanbietern (PayPal, Klarna, Shopify Payments etc.)
• Prüfung von Retouren-, Gutschein- und Rabattprozessen

Operative Finance-Aufgaben

• Reisekostenabrechnungen
• Rechnungsprüfung und Freigabeprozesse
• Optimierung interner Finance- und Reporting-Prozesse
• Unterstützung bei Automatisierungs- und Digitalisierungsprojekten
• Vorbereitung von Unterlagen für Banken, Förderungen oder Finanzierungen

Qualifikation

• Abgeschlossenes Studium oder Ausbildung im Bereich Finance, Accounting, Controlling oder vergleichbar
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Finance-/Controlling-Bereich, idealerweise im E-Commerce
• Sehr gutes Verständnis für betriebswirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge
• Sicherer Umgang mit Excel/Google Sheets und idealerweise ERP-/Buchhaltungssystemen
• Strukturierte, analytische und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
• Hohe Zahlenaffinität und unternehmerisches Denken
• Erfahrung mit schnell wachsenden Unternehmen von Vorteil
