Finance Director – Insight to Impact Lead Deutschland (m/w/d)

am Standort in der Region Leverkusen/ Düsseldorf

Aufgaben

• Gesamtverantwortung für Performance in Deutschland sowie Planung, Monitoring und Ressourcenallokation
• Sparringspartner für General Manager und Leadership-Team mit Fokus auf strategische, finanzielle und operative Entscheidungen
• Verbindung von Strategie, Finanzen und Umsetzung („Insight-to-Impact“) sowie Steuerung des Performance Managements
• Generierung von Insights zur Optimierung von Go-to-Market, Launches, Portfolio und kontinuierlicher Leistungssteigerung
• Steuerung von Investitionen, Effizienzmaßnahmen und Ressourcenumschichtungen zur Maximierung des Wertbeitrags
• Leitung von Planungs-, Forecast- und Reportingprozessen inkl. Entscheidungsgrundlagen für das Top-Management
• Weiterentwicklung von Governance, Datenstrukturen und Unterstützung der digitalen Transformation
• Vertretung Deutschlands auf europäischer Ebene und Förderung von länderübergreifendem Austausch

Qualifikation

• Umfangreiche Erfahrung in Finance-, Strategie- oder Performance-Management-Rollen, idealerweise in Healthcare, Life Sciences oder stark regulierten Branchen
• Nachweisbare Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Senior Leadership und der Beeinflussung strategischer und operativer Entscheidungen
• Fähigkeit, Finanzdaten und Analysen in klare geschäftliche Erkenntnisse zu übersetzen
• Erfahrung in Performance-Management, Planung, Forecasting und Investitionsentscheidungen
• Starkes Verständnis von kommerziellen und Go-to-Market-Dynamiken
• Strategisches, strukturiertes Denken mit ausgeprägter Umsetzungsorientierung
• Sehr gute Stakeholder-Management- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
• Erfahrung in internationalen Matrixorganisationen
• Masterabschluss in Finance, Betriebswirtschaft, Volkswirtschaft oder einem verwandten Bereich
• Verhandlungssicheres Englisch und sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
