Fachlicher Sparringspartner für unsere KI

• Du gestaltest und bewertest Arbeitspläne und Fertigungsabläufe für unterschiedliche Bauteile
• Du kalkulierst Bearbeitungs- und Rüstzeiten, Fertigungskosten und Losgrößeneffekte auf Basis realer Fertigungsprozesse
• Du sorgst dafür, dass unsere KI 2D-Zeichnungen und 3D-Modelle richtig versteht, Fertigungsmerkmale und Bearbeitungsschritte erkennt und Bauteile treffsicher per Ähnlichkeitssuche vergleicht
• Du labelst Preise, Lieferanten und Arbeitspläne fürs KI-Training und verknüpfst sie mit historischen Einkaufs- und Preisdaten
• Du testest und plausibilisierst, damit unsere KI reale Fertigungslogik trifft und verlässliche Preis- und Kostenabschätzungen für Einkäufer liefert

Technischer Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden

• Du bist erste Adresse für unsere Kunden bei technischen Fragen zu Bauteilkalkulation, Fertigungsprozessen und unserer Plattform - von der Einführung bis zum laufenden Betrieb
• Du erklärst komplexe Zusammenhänge verständlich, übersetzt Kundenanforderungen in konkrete Use Cases und schaffst Vertrauen in unsere Kalkulationsmodelle
• Du unterstützt Customer Success und Vertrieb bei Workshops, Discovery-Terminen und Produktdemos und beantwortest technische Kundenanfragen

Schnittstelle zwischen Fertigung, KI und Kunden

• Du vernetzt dich eng mit AI, Product, Customer Success und Sales und bringst dein Fertigungs- und Werkzeug-Know-how in die Plattform ein
• Du machst aus Kalkulations- und Fertigungsdaten aussagekräftige Kennzahlen, Reports und Visualisierungen - für Kunden und intern

• Du kommst aus der Arbeitsvorbereitung, Fertigungsplanung, Werkzeugbau, dem Cost Engineering oder einem vergleichbaren Umfeld
• Du bist Techniker, Meister (z. B. Werkzeugmechanikermeister) oder hast Maschinenbau, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare Fachrichtung studiert
• Du bringst mehrjährige Praxis in der industriellen Fertigung mit - idealerweise Zerspanung (CNC-Drehen/-Fräsen) oder Spritzguss
• Du hast optimalerweise Erfahrung mit ERP-, Kalkulations- oder Fertigungssoftware
• Du kalkulierst Bauteile fundiert statt grob über den Daumen - eine deiner größten Stärken, keine Randkompetenz
• Du liest technische Zeichnungen und CAD-Dateiformate wie ein Buch und ordnest sie treffsicher ein
