Aufgaben

Als Teil unseres IT-Teams erwarten Dich folgende Aufgaben:

• Administration, Wartung und Überwachung unserer Server- und Systemlandschaften
• Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung von Windows- und Linux-Systemen
• Installation, Konfiguration und Pflege von IT-Systemen und Infrastrukturkomponenten
• Analyse, Bearbeitung und nachhaltige Lösung von technischen Störungen und Supportanfragen
• Unterstützung bei der Planung, Umsetzung und Optimierung unserer IT-Infrastruktur und Hosting-Umgebungen
• Betreuung von Netzwerkkomponenten sowie Unterstützung bei Themen rund um IT-Sicherheit und Systemverfügbarkeit
• Verwaltung und Betreuung von Anwendungen und Systemen im E-Commerce-Umfeld (z. B. JTL)
• Unterstützung bei der Einrichtung, Migration und Weiterentwicklung von IT-Systemen
• Zusammenarbeit mit internen Teams zur schnellen und effizienten Lösung technischer Herausforderungen
• Erstellung und Pflege von Dokumentationen sowie kontinuierliche Verbesserung bestehender Prozesse

Qualifikation

Das bringst Du mit:

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker:in Systemintegration oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation im IT-Umfeld
• Gute Kenntnisse in der Administration von Windows- und/oder Linux-Systemen
• Grundlegendes Verständnis von Netzwerken, Serverarchitekturen und IT-Infrastrukturen
• Idealerweise erste Erfahrungen mit Hosting-Umgebungen, Virtualisierung oder Cloud-Technologien
• Analytische Fähigkeiten und Freude an der Lösung technischer Probleme
• Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Teamfähigkeit
• Interesse daran, technische Zusammenhänge zu verstehen und Systeme kontinuierlich zu verbessern
• Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
