Responsibilities:
- Lead and direct the development team, ensuring adherence to quality and performance standards.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including designers and project managers, to ensure seamless project integration.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals and system architecture documents.
- Mentor and coach team members, providing guidance and support for skill development.
- Stay current with the latest industry trends and technologies, continuously improving team's technical expertise and knowledge.
- Perform system performance and quality assurance testing, ensuring systems meet or exceed performance and reliability requirements.
- Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and helping to improve code quality and maintainability.
- Identify and address performance bottlenecks, optimizing systems for maximum efficiency.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define and prioritize project requirements, ensuring that the systems developed meet user needs and business goals.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for system failures and performance issues.
- Assist in the design and implementation of new software systems, ensuring that they are developed in line with the company's established standards and best practices.
- Conduct regular code reviews to promote a culture of continuous improvement and code quality.
- Maintain a high level of technical expertise, continuously learning and staying current with emerging technologies and tools.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a software developer, with proven leadership skills.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong experience with programming languages such as Java, Python, or TypeScript.
- Experience with agile development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban.
- Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated experience with project management tools and methodologies, such as Jira or Trello.
- Strong understanding of cloud computing platforms, such as AWS or Azure.
- Experience with version control systems, such as Git.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.

Preferred Experience:
- Experience with distributed systems, microservices architecture, and containerization technologies, such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with front-end technologies, such as React or Angular.

- Experience with security testing methodologies and tools, such as OWASP ZAP or Nessus.
- Experience with database management systems, such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.
