Overview:
We are seeking a Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. This position is responsible for developing, designing, and maintaining software applications that meet the needs of our clients and users. Responsibilities:
1. Frontend Development:
- Design and develop visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Collaborate with designers to create responsive and accessible designs.
- Implement and optimize interactive components and animations.
- Handle frontend performance issues and debugging.
2. Backend Development:
- Write clean, efficient, and scalable code using Python and related frameworks (e.g., Django).
- Implement database models using SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).
- Develop APIs using RESTful principles and ensure they are secure and scalable.
- Work on server-side development, including server setup, configuration, and deployment.
3. Full Stack Development:
- Interact with developers on the backend to ensure a seamless integration between frontend and backend.
- Collaborate with designers and UI/UX specialists to integrate frontend and backend components seamlessly.
- Develop and maintain APIs that integrate with external services and databases.
- Troubleshoot and fix issues related to front-end and back-end integration.
4. Documentation:
- Maintain and update documentation for both frontend and backend components.
- Write clear, concise, and well-documented code that can be easily understood by other developers.
- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on others’ code.
5. Testing and Quality Assurance:
- Perform unit testing and integration testing to ensure that the software functions as expected.
- Participate in the testing process and help identify and fix bugs.
- Perform end-to-end testing and user acceptance testing to ensure the software meets user requirements.
6. Project Management:
- Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to understand project requirements and timelines.
- Collaborate on project planning and management, including setting priorities, tracking progress, and communicating status updates.
- Assist in project documentation and maintain project documentation.
7. Team Collaboration:
- Work collaboratively with the development team on projects, focusing on effective communication and problem-solving.
- Contribute to the team’s knowledge base and share best practices.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the team’s overall success.
8. Continuous Learning:
- Stay updated with the latest technologies and programming languages in the field.
- Participate in and contribute to the development of new projects.
- Follow best practices and industry standards to improve development processes.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in Full Stack Development.
- Proficiency: Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, React.js, Node.js, and SQL.
- Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, excellent teamwork, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a passion for creating high-quality software.
- Certifications: Certified in Full Stack Development (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer – Professional, Google Certified Professional Cloud Architect).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications: AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Google Certified Professional Cloud Architect.
- Languages: Fluent in English, with a good understanding of other languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript).
