Senior Technical Facility Manager Position

As the technical mastermind, you will oversee the complex, fully automated Fulfillment Center (FC) where you integrate building infrastructure with cutting-edge robotics to ensure seamless collaboration and efficiency.
What You Need to Bring
- Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the technical state and operational safety of the automated FC, bridging the gap between the Technical General Assembly (TGA) and logistics processes.
- Stakeholder Management: You are the primary strategic contact for the site leadership and work closely with the Automation & Engineering Leadership.
- Crisis Management: In the event of critical system failures, you maintain the overview, coordinate highly specialized service providers under significant time pressure, and prepare precise Root Cause Analysis reports.
- Cost Management: You lead complex, large-scale technology projects (CAPEX/OPEX) and manage specialized contracts (e.g., high-technology cooling and IoT systems).
- Innovation: You leverage advanced data models and IoT infrastructure tools to proactively resolve systemic problems and drive net-new innovations.
What We Expect from You
- Education: A completed bachelor's or master's degree in Facility Management, Building Technology, Engineering, or a comparable technical field.
- Experience: 5-7 years of solid experience in technical Facility Management, ideally in the supervision of highly automated logistics centers (e.g., TGW-, Dematic-, or Vanderlande-systems).
- Language Skills: Fluent in German and good English proficiency with a valid Class B driving license.
- Technical Acumen: You possess a sharp conceptual thinking ability combined with the ability to translate complex technical requirements into clear operational steps.
- Owner Mindset: You demonstrate extraordinary technical standards and defend FM requirements even in operational pressure.
