Job Title: Full Stack Developer | Frontend Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
1. Frontend Development:
- Develop and maintain the front-end components of the application, including responsive web design, animations, and interactive elements.
- Collaborate with designers and UX/UI team to create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces.
- Implement modern JavaScript frameworks and libraries such as React, Vue.js, or Angular for efficient and scalable front-end development.
- Ensure the front-end code is clean, maintainable, and follows best practices for performance and accessibility.
2. Back-end Development:
- Implement and maintain the back-end infrastructure, including server-side logic, database management, and API creation.
- Use robust programming languages such as Node.js, Python, or Ruby for server-side development.
- Work with a team to design and implement efficient database systems for storing and retrieving data.
- Ensure the back-end code is secure, scalable, and follows security protocols.
3. Unit Testing and Integration:
- Write comprehensive unit tests for both front-end and back-end components using Jest, Mocha, or similar frameworks.
- Perform integration testing to ensure the application works seamlessly with the back-end.
- Collaborate with QA team to identify and fix bugs in both front-end and back-end components.
4. Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated with the latest web development tools, frameworks, and technologies.
- Participate in peer reviews and code reviews to improve the quality of the codebase.
- Implement continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to streamline development processes.
5. Project Management:
- Work closely with project managers to define and prioritize project goals.
- Participate in sprint planning sessions to ensure the team stays on track and meets deadlines.
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
6. Documentation:
- Create clear, concise, and maintainable documentation for the application.
- Write user guides, API documentation, and technical blog posts to enhance the application's usability and maintainability.
7. Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with the design team to ensure the front-end design is aligned with the back-end development.
- Communicate effectively with other developers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Participate in regular meetings and stand-ups to discuss progress, challenges, and upcoming tasks.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in full-stack web development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, React, Vue.js, or Angular.
- Experience with Node.js, Python, or Ruby.
- Strong understanding of front-end and back-end development principles.
- Experience with modern front-end frameworks and libraries.
- Knowledge of web development best practices, including performance optimization, accessibility, and security.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with responsive design and front-end performance optimization techniques.
- Experience with database management and querying.
- Experience with modern back-end development technologies such as Express.js, Django, or Flask.
- Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Experience with modern front-end frameworks and libraries.
