Data transcription and translation across systems is time-consuming and error-prone, leading to costly inefficiencies and embarrassing client-facing problems. Managing data access control, audit logs, and compliance is a constant challenge, particularly in larger organizations.
We are building the first wealth tech data orchestration company. Role Details
Role Overview:
We’re looking for an experienced full-stack engineer to lead the development of our early product. Your responsibilities will include building features such as self-service onboarding, data blending and deconfliction, and digital account opening. You’ll also be an early employee and have a large role in shaping the company’s technical vision and product roadmap. You’ll help build and maintain a strong developer experience and ensure the product operates smoothly in production, using observability and monitoring tools to triage and resolve operational issues. You’ll help hire and mentor other engineers as we build out our fast-growing team.

- Lead areas of development critical to the business, building features such as self-service onboarding, data blending and deconfliction, and digital account opening.

- Ensure the product operates smoothly in production, leveraging observability and monitoring tools to triage and resolve operational issues.

Requirements:
- Strong track record of shipping high-quality systems with high complexity and scale.
- Experience building high-quality, delightful user-facing web applications.
- Experience working closely with a cross-functional product team.
- Thriving in an early-stage, fast-paced environment with a high degree of ambiguity and agency.

- 7+ years of engineering experience.
You’ll Stand Out If You Have:
- Experience building B2B software and/or fintech software.
- Experience at seed/early-stage startups (e.g., being a first-3 engineer at a company).
- Experience building and maintaining open-source software.
- Previously started a company and/or launched personal projects.
- Experience with AI prompting, models, and tools. You can help level-up our team.
