Key Responsibilities:
As a Recruiting Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Coordinating and optimizing our recruiting processes to ensure smooth operation
- Besides, you will maintain and enhance our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to maintain a high level of data quality
- Coordinating interviews, feedback processes, and other steps in the recruiting process
- Supporting recruiters and hiring managers with organizational and operational aspects
- Creating reports and testing recruiting metrics to continuously improve process performance
- Identifying and implementing new processes and tools with your team
- Supporting recruitment projects, employer branding, and HR operations
- Ensuring a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the recruiting process
Qualifications:
We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:
- Completed relevant educational qualification
- Experience in the field of HR and recruiting (additional training, studies) is desirable
- Your ability to drive results, structured and solution-oriented approach, and expertise in stakeholder management, even in challenging circumstances
- Fluent in both German and English in spoken and written form, demonstrating your ability to work effectively in international teams
- Proficiency in MS Office and common IT tools
- Strong organizational skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor
