What You'll Be DoingAs a member of our team, you'll be responsible for managing our webshop storefronts and optimizing the content, product information, and product descriptions within Salesforce Commerce. You'll work closely with the Product Management team to develop and implement a new storefront, ensuring high-quality data and seamless processes.
Additionally, you'll support the Product Management team in the ongoing development of our product portfolio, collaborate with the Implementation, Order Management, Sales, and Support teams, as well as external partners, to drive digital transformation and efficiency.
In this role, you'll analyze our onboarding processes and identify areas for improvement, using artificial intelligence to drive digital solutions that enhance the charging and use of electric vehicles. You'll develop a structured strategy for relevant documents during and after onboarding and prepare guides, templates, and knowledge resources for our online help center. Leveraging Microsoft applications and Teams, you'll take the lead in creating a user-friendly and service-oriented approach.
Furthermore, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with the Digital Marketing team to optimize and automate digital marketing efforts, as well as to analyze customer behavior and improve the overall customer experience.
Lastly, you'll be responsible for maintaining and testing relevant product and order data within Salesforce Commerce and ERP systems, ensuring data accuracy and quality.

What We're Looking ForTo succeed in this role, we're seeking a highly motivated individual with a background in Wirtschaftsinformatik, Digital Business, or a related field. You should possess excellent English and German language skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
