What to Expect
We are seeking a Senior Product & Program Manager to transform complex digital products and transformation initiatives into tangible outcomes. This role involves combining product leadership, program management, and consulting to bridge user needs, business goals, technology, and organizational realities. You will work closely with Product Owners and senior stakeholders, lead multiple workstreams, and help clients make better product, technology, and transformation decisions. Your responsibilities will include steering scope, budget, delivery, and commercial outcomes, challenging assumptions, and identifying opportunities to evolve products, processes, and ways of working.
Your Competencies
Experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Program Management, Digital Consulting, or a comparable role is required. Proven experience in shipping digital products and leading complex initiatives is essential. You must have strong cross-functional experience across product, design, technology, and business. A strong understanding of agile product development and product leadership is essential. You must be able to connect user needs, business goals, technology, and delivery realities. You must have experience owning scope, budget, delivery, and commercial outcomes. You must be able to manage and influence senior stakeholders, navigate ambiguity, and lead change effectively. You must have a genuine interest in AI and its practical impact on products and organizations. Experience in digital transformation, consulting, or multi-workstream programs is preferred. You must be a native German and fluent English speaker.

Identify and assess meaningful AI opportunities across products, processes, and ways of working. Drive transformation and organizational change, connecting individual work-streams to the larger transformation agenda.
