Job Summary
At taleroo GmbH, we are dedicated to building a digital platform that connects job seekers, government bodies, and training providers in Germany. Responsibilities
End-to-End Ownership: You are responsible for the entire lifecycle of our project, from concept to deployment. You plan, build, and test features independently. You ensure that the project meets quality standards, including 100% test coverage of critical processes using Playwright, and ownership of issues in incident responses.
AI-Driven Development: You are responsible for setting the standards for the use of Coding Agents (Claude, Cursor), and you configure MCP servers for maximum developer velocity. You ensure that the platform is compliant with the DSGVO.
Zero-Compromise Quality: You ensure that the platform is compliant with the GDPR and the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) by designing DSGVO-compliant, EU-hosted systems and creating clear documentation via ADRs.
Requirements
Tech-Stack: You are fluent in TypeScript, Next.js 15+ / React 19+, and PostgreSQL (Drizzle/Prisma).
Track Record: You have demonstrated experience in end-to-end shipping of complex software projects, ideally in a high-performance or startup environment.
AI-Native: You are a daily user of KI agents, and you understand when they can accelerate the process and when they should be removed from the way. You are aware that your success is measured by measurable user outcomes, not by lines of code.
Mindset: You are not someone who shirks work but rather focus on measurable user outcomes. You communicate effectively in English (C1+), writing clear documentation via asynchronous communication, and you have a strong command of German in a professional environment.
Kommunikation: You are a proactive communicator who ensures that your success is measured through measurable user outcomes, not through lines of code. You are skilled in communication and collaboration.
