Who We Hire
We are seeking pragmatic, high-agency engineers who thrive in ambiguity and care deeply about the systems they build. Our focus is on fundamentals over familiarity with specific tools, and we believe that the ability to pick up new skills quickly is crucial.
Key qualities include:
3+ years of backend experience with a focus on platform or infrastructure work. You have seen what it takes to scale from MVP to production-grade systems.
Strong system design instincts and the ability to own problems end-to-end across APIs, infrastructure, and data flows.
Experience with distributed systems, scaling databases (Postgres), queueing, and large-scale batch processing.
Proficiency in benchmarking and tuning systems under real load, and the ability to make pragmatic trade-offs when data is ambiguous.
Familiarity with LLM infrastructure at scale.

Taming LLM infrastructure. High token throughput, real-time usage, and flaky providers — you make it reliable.
