Web Developer
#### Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Web Developer to join our growing team. As a Web Developer, you will be responsible for creating, designing, and maintaining high-quality websites that meet the needs of our clients. This role requires a blend of technical skills and creative thinking to ensure that your projects are not only functional but also visually appealing and user-friendly.
#### Responsibilities:
- Design and develop responsive web applications and websites using modern front-end technologies.
- Collaborate with the UX/UI design team to ensure designs are implemented accurately.
- Implement and optimize search engine optimization practices to improve website rankings.
- Work closely with the client’s marketing and design teams to create unique and effective web solutions.
- Perform A/B testing and analyze results to continuously improve website performance.
- Keep up with the latest web development trends and technologies to provide cutting-edge solutions.
- Conduct thorough testing of all development projects to ensure quality and functionality.
- Communicate effectively with project managers, designers, and clients to understand requirements and provide updates on project progress.
#### Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in web development, with a strong background in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.
- Proficiency in JavaScript frameworks such as Angular, Vue.js, or Ember.js.
- Knowledge of front-end frameworks like Bootstrap, Materialize, and Tailwind CSS.
- Experience with databases and SQL.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Experience with version control systems like Git.
- Familiarity with project management tools like Jira or Trello.
- Experience with responsive design and mobile-first development.
