Your Role at Tonies
As a motivated intern, you will contribute to Tonies' IT Strategy & Governance Team, aiming to drive sustainable growth. You will collaborate with Enterprise Architect, IT Governance Analyst, and Manager of Trust & Security to develop and implement the IT Strategy and Standards. This role will help Tonies' employees provide effective and secure products to their growing global customer base.
Your Responsibilities
IT Strategy & Architecture
- Benchmark Tonies' system landscape against strategic fit.
- Support strategic IT projects (e.g., Master Data Management, Royalties/License Fees, e-Commerce).
- Ensure Enterprise Architecture Documentation is kept up-to-date in LeanIX.
- IT Governance & Security
- Qualify new software requests and provide guidance to cross-functional stakeholders (IT, Data/AI, Procurement, Legal).
- Manage Tonies' application portfolio (System Ownership, CIA Scoring, Cost, Usage).
- Optimize renewal processes by supporting the preparation and updating of Software Licensing Renewal Plans.
- Create and iteratively develop IT Security online training modules for employees.
- Support ISO 27001-, ITIL-, and general compliance initiatives.
What We Look For
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program (e.g., Wirtschaftsinformatik, Information Management, or a related field).
- Strong interest in IT Architecture, Enterprise Security, and Governance Standards.
- Pragmatic approach to modern tools - think "First, AI Second".
- Comprehensive knowledge of commonly used productivity suites (Google Workspace or Microsoft 365).
- Structured, reliable, and detail-oriented with the ability to take responsibility for assigned tasks.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
- Fluent German with strong English proficiency (a plus).
