Title: Full Stack Developer / Tech Lead | Remote Opportunities
Location: Remote (Options for Hybrid Models)
Experience:
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and Angular.
- Expert knowledge of backend technologies like Node.js, Express.js, and Django.
- Experience with database management systems like MongoDB, MySQL, and PostgreSQL.
- Proficiency with front-end development frameworks like Vue.js, Angular, and React.
- Strong understanding of web development best practices and current trends in the tech industry.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable and maintainable software solutions.
- Develop, test, and deploy high-quality applications across multiple environments (web, mobile, and desktop).
- Work with product managers and designers to translate user requirements into functional and visually appealing applications.
- Continuously improve the quality and performance of existing systems, while ensuring compliance with security and performance standards.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to the training and development of the team.
- Contribute to the development of new technologies and tools to enhance team productivity.
- Stay informed about emerging trends and technologies in software development and integrate them into the team's workflow.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a team leadership role.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently on complex projects.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Experience with agile development methodologies and tools such as Scrum, Kanban, and JIRA.
