Job Title: Full-Stack Developer
Position Overview:
The Full-Stack Developer position is responsible for designing, building, and maintaining the backend and frontend of our web applications. This role requires a combination of technical skills, creativity, and a strong passion for technology. The ideal candidate will be proficient in JavaScript, Node.js, and React, and have experience working with databases, RESTful APIs, and web services. A key requirement is a collaborative team-oriented attitude, as this position will work closely with designers, UX/UI developers, and product managers.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Backend Development:
- Develop and maintain server-side applications using Node.js and Express.
- Implement RESTful APIs and secure them with appropriate authentication mechanisms.
- Work with databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) to ensure efficient data retrieval and storage.
2. Frontend Development:
- Design and develop responsive web applications using React components and state management.
- Implement interactive and engaging user interfaces using CSS frameworks and animations.
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness across various devices.
3. Integration:
- Collaborate with designers and UX/UI developers to integrate frontend and backend components smoothly.
- Implement APIs for seamless data exchange between the two sides of the application.
- Debug and troubleshoot issues, ensuring a smooth and stable user experience.
4. Testing and Quality Assurance:
- Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and end-to-end testing.
- Implement automated tests using tools like Jest or Mocha.
- Collaborate with QA engineers to identify and fix bugs.
5. Project Management:
- Participate in project planning and development, including agile methodologies.
- Work closely with the development team to ensure timely and effective project delivery.
- Manage dependencies and track project progress.
6. Documentation:
- Create and maintain detailed documentation for both frontend and backend components.
- Ensure that documentation is clear, concise, and easy to follow.
7. Customer Support:
- Provide support to users, addressing any issues or queries promptly and efficiently.
- Collaborate with customer support teams to enhance the user experience.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in full-stack development, preferably with experience in a tech-driven company.
- Strong understanding of web technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Proficiency in Node.js, Express, and React.
- Experience with databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL), RESTful APIs, and web services.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, both written and verbal.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies and experience with project management tools.
- Proficient in debugging, testing, and automated testing.
- Experience with version control systems like Git.
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in JavaScript, Node.js, and React.
- Experience with databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).
- Experience with RESTful APIs and web services.
- Proficient in debugging and automated testing.

Location:
Remote work will be allowed, but candidates must be located in a region that is easy to communicate with via the following preferred technology stack:

Salary:
