Qualifications:

- 7+ years of experience as a Full-Stack Developer, with a significant portion of experience in web development using React, Node.js, and Python.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions and driving business improvements.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a passion for innovation.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to effectively work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Experience with agile development methodologies and familiar with Scrum or similar frameworks.
- Proficiency in using version control systems like Git and the ability to effectively collaborate with other team members.
