We are seeking a dedicated HR Generalist to join our international HR Department in Germany, where you will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to our human resources operations. Your role will encompass all aspects of employee life cycle management, ensuring that our offices in Germany run smoothly and efficiently.
Key responsibilities include:
- Manage all aspects of employee life cycle, from hiring to offboarding, ensuring compliance with established HR processes and local regulations.
- Partner closely with recruitment and relevant departments to coordinate effective onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Coordinate the preparation of necessary onboarding and separation paperwork, adhering to local laws and Company policies.
- Handle employees' absence and leave management, ensuring timely payroll submissions.
- Organize and support the implementation of performance evaluation programs, providing feedback and support to managers and employees.
- Support the development and maintenance of personnel policies and procedures, ensuring they are in line with local regulations and the company's policies.
- Guide and assist employees and managers in understanding and utilizing the company's HR processes and policies.
- Manage relocation and transfer processes, including visa applications, payroll transfers, and other necessary documentation.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of HRIS systems, including Workday, for efficient reporting and tracking of benefits and other HR metrics.
- Perform operational support for all offices in Germany, addressing any issues that may arise and ensuring smooth operations.
- Support and advise on employee relations procedures, such as handling grievances and disciplinary matters.
- Complete all other tasks as directed by your manager or supervisor.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- 4 years of experience in HR operations within a multinational environment.
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources or a related field, with a specialization in HR.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal.
- Competent German language skills, both written and verbal.
- Knowledge of benefits and compensation systems.
- Professional demeanor, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information and work independently.
- Knowledge of HRIS systems, such as Workday.
- Flexibility to contribute to additional responsibilities as needed.
