We are in pursuit of a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to join our Strategic Valuation & Modeling team based in Frankfurt or Munich. This individual will lead the team by focusing on performing and reviewing complex valuation models, identifying key business drivers, and providing value to clients through our services and deliverables. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in economics, engineering, business administration, or business economics, along with six to eight years of professional experience in valuations, corporate finance, investment banking, or corporate development/strategy. They should have excellent analytical skills, accounting knowledge, and a passion for delivering meaningful results. The role involves contributing to business development, thought leadership, and mentoring junior team members. The Senior Manager must be fluent in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, have excellent communication skills, and be fluent in both German and English. They must also possess a high level of entrepreneurial spirit, the ability to work collaboratively, and the capability to manage small teams. Previous experience in cross-border assignments and the ability to handle complex projects will be a significant asset.
