Job Responsibilities:
- Design and implement a modern, user-friendly platform for appointment-based self-care businesses
- Collaborate with salon managers and front desk staff to understand their pain points and design solutions that meet their specific needs
- Ensure that the technology provides a seamless and engaging experience for clients, enhancing the magic moments they experience
- Stay updated with industry trends and evolving client needs to continually improve the platform
- Provide support and guidance to our customers as they integrate our technology into their businesses
- Work closely with our customers to address any challenges they encounter and provide effective solutions
- Stay organized, manage time efficiently, and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines and deliver results
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in software development or project management
- Strong understanding of user experience design principles and best practices
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, or Figma
- Familiarity with web development frameworks and technologies such as React, Python, or Angular
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to create effective solutions
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality work
