505th Command and Control Wing - Management Analyst, GS-12
Job Summary:
The 505th Command and Control Wing is actively seeking a Management Analyst, GS-12, at the 505 CCW Wing Staff Agency located at Hurlburt Field, Florida. This is a non-remote position with the possibility of telework eligibility. The role is open to eligible federal employees within the agency, career transition employees, and military spouses. The primary purpose of this position is to maintain an accurate account of valid manpower requirements in compliance with resource allocation and organization policy.
Responsibilities:
- Conducts analysis evaluation and project management within the Personnel Manpower section of the Mission Support Office.
- Studies the structure and/or functions of organizations with interrelated work processes and functions, and advises on solutions to improve processes and maximize mission accomplishment and resources utilization.
- Designs, plans, and conducts work measurement, methods and procedures, manpower requirements utilization, and engineered time standards; reviews and implements changes to organization and resource controls/programs, and/or benchmarking studies of complex, interrelated substantive work processes or functions.
- Designs, plans, and facilitates CPI events, manpower assessments, management surveys, and research projects, providing advisory services on a wide variety of substantive issues with extensive scope, complexity, and impact.
- Provides complex management support services in areas such as strategic planning alignment, program manpower cost analysis, annual/multi-year/long range fiscal planning, and development of annual work plans, and/or commercial activities for interrelated and unstable organization operations.
Qualifications:
- Must be a current federal employee of the hiring agency.
- Eligible Career Transition (CTAP, ICTAP, RPL) for federal employees whose job, agency, or department was eliminated and are eligible for priority over other applicants.
- Military spouses of active-duty service members or whose spouse is 100 percent disabled or died on active duty.
Salary Range: ,508 - 6,362, per year
Travel: The position is not remote, but there may be travel expected.
