As a Helpdesk First-Level Support ERP/POS (m/w/d), you will be the first point of contact for customer inquiries regarding our software or technical questions. You will assist customers via phone, email, and PC-based assistance and ensure a smooth operation of our software by your support.
Aims
- Analyze customer service issues in the area of customer care.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone and ticket system.
- Ensure that service issues are fully documented and resolved in the ticket system.
- Install updates and additional modules via PC-based installation.
- Support service issues from the request to the solution and engage in direct dialogue with our customers.

- Support the development team in quality assurance and further development of software.
- Contribute to the documentation and archiving of relevant knowledge in the Helpdesk.
Requirements
- A completed education, preferably in the IT field, or equivalent knowledge.
