- Continuously improve the quality and efficiency of the development process.
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience developing web applications.
- Experience with at least one programming language such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Experience with at least one front-end framework such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Experience with at least one back-end framework such as Node.js, Django, or Ruby on Rails.
- Experience with version control systems like Git.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as within a team environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with project management tools like JIRA or Trello.
