Job Title: Full Stack Developer
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the product team to understand their requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Design and implement high-quality code that meets performance, security, and scalability requirements.
- Collaborate with the front-end team to ensure a smooth user experience across devices and platforms.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code that is easy to read and understand.
- Work with other developers to build and maintain a cohesive team environment.
- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to help improve the quality of the codebase.
- Adhere to coding standards and best practices to ensure a consistent and scalable development process.
- Continuously improve coding skills through self-study and attending industry events.
- Implement unit tests and integration tests to ensure the reliability of the codebase.
- Participate in design discussions to ensure the technical feasibility of proposed solutions.
- Contribute to the documentation of the codebase and provide guidance to new team members.
- Work with the QA team to identify and fix bugs and test code to ensure the application is free of errors.
- Collaborate with the project manager to ensure the project is completed on time and within budget.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in full-stack development, including knowledge of front-end frameworks like React and back-end languages like Python or Java.
- Hands-on experience with version control systems like Git and experience with modern development tools like Docker and Jenkins.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to work effectively with the team, stakeholders, and clients.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with agile development methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
- Proficiency in JavaScript and Node.js, and experience with modern JavaScript frameworks like Angular or Vue.
- Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns.
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
