Your Mission
We are looking for a Senior Sales Professional to drive the growth of nebenan.de, the largest neighborhood platform in Germany. Your role will help us position brands directly into the digital homes of over 4 million active users.
Your Profile
With 4-5+ years of strong media or advertising sales experience, ideally focusing on brand or platform campaigns, you bring a proven track record of attracting and closing large brands and media agencies for hyperlocal and national campaigns. You take the initiative to scout out brands that fit perfectly with our platform.
As a Senior Sales Professional, you bring a relentless pursuit of pipeline growth, creating a robust pipeline of contacts through cold calling, identifying the right brands through self-research, supported by our internal AI tools, and ultimately converting them into deals and campaigns. You aim to scale bigger, not by targeting standard packages but by identifying opportunities to add-ons and create cross-media concepts that leave a lasting impression.
Driven by a creative spirit, you develop innovative strategies that maximize visibility and effectiveness for your clients, elevating their brand image. You are a mentor and role model to your team, sharing sales experiences, pushing the team's ambition, and fostering a united effort to grow as a company.
Our Senior Sales Professional must work independently, with a focus on performance, and collaborate with the team to provide insights into our social startup and the nebenan.de foundation. You should be self-organized and highly focused, with a genuine entrepreneurial spirit, and a mindset that sees challenges as opportunities.
