About the Role
We are looking for a motivated, curious, and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to help grow our sales pipeline and introduce prospective customers to the Enterprise Team at Doximity.
The primary responsibilities of a BDR include:
- Identifying and engaging potential customers within our target market.
- Understanding and qualifying customer needs and requirements.
- Creating qualified opportunities for our New Business Sales Team.
- Scheduling qualified meetings and opportunities for the New Business Sales Team.
- Maintaining accurate activity information in Salesforce.
- Proactively reaching out to conference attendee lists to set up in-person meetings for team attendees.
- Measuring success through a combination of qualified meetings booked, sales opportunities created, pipeline generated, overall team performance, quality of opportunities passed to the sales team, and team partnership and execution.
Compensation
The anticipated total compensation for this role is ,800 - ,680, depending on factors such as experience, skills, location, and internal equity. Our total compensation package may include base salary, equity (where applicable), and annual bonus or incentive compensation (where applicable).
