Job Title: Full Stack Developer, Tech Lead

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the full-stack architecture of web applications, ensuring efficient and secure codebases.

- Lead the development of complex applications, mentoring junior developers and contributing to the overall team performance.
- Implement and maintain software systems using the latest technologies, including but not limited to React, Python, Node.js, and Docker.

- Monitor application performance, identify bottlenecks, and optimize system performance.
- Handle project management tasks, including planning, executing, and monitoring project timelines.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients and end-users, to ensure that requirements are understood and met.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, contributing to the development of best practices within the team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the development of full-stack applications.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies and design patterns.
- Experience with agile development methodologies and project management tools.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript) and a front-end framework (e.g., React).
- Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and familiarity with continuous integration tools (e.g., Jenkins, CircleCI).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to overcome technical challenges.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Experience with full-stack application development, including backend and frontend development.
- Strong understanding of web development technologies and standards.
- Ability to work independently and contribute to the development of the entire project lifecycle.
- Experience with cloud computing services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
Preferred Experience:
- Experience with microservices architecture.
- Experience with DevOps practices and tools.
- Experience with security best practices and compliance with regulatory requirements.
