Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Enterprise Architekten zur Unterstützung des Projekts 'Marktarchitektur' bei einem führenden Finanzdienstleister. In dieser Rolle agieren Sie als Sparringspartner und Reviewer für die Weiterentwicklung einer komplexen, heterogenen Systemlandschaft unter Berücksichtigung regulatorischer Anforderungen sowie moderner Microsoft-Technologien.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Analyse der bestehenden Ist-Architektur der Marktbearbeitung sowie Identifikation von Risiken, Inkonsistenzen und technischen Schulden

• Bewertung der Architektur hinsichtlich Modularität, Entkopplung, Skalierbarkeit, Performance und Integrationsfähigkeit

• Konzeption und Bewertung der Beladung von Daten aus ERP-Systemen in Microsoft Dataverse unter Nutzung von Standard- und kundenspezifischen Entitäten

• Vergleich und Bewertung unterschiedlicher Versorgungsansätze (Direkt ERP, Data-Lake, Hybrid) in Bezug auf Datenkonsistenz und Governance

• Analyse der Auswirkungen von Architekturvarianten auf Betrieb, Wartbarkeit und Datenhoheit

• Entwicklung von Architekturkonzepten zur Bereitstellung großer Datenmengen für Marktbearbeitungssysteme

• Unterstützung von Omnikanal-Szenarien unter Berücksichtigung batchbasierter Verarbeitungen wie Monats- und Jahresendverarbeitungen

• Bewertung des Zusammenspiels von Batch-Verarbeitung, Near-Realtime-Anforderungen und fachlichen Abschlusslogiken

• Fachliche und technische Einordnung sowie Erläuterung des Microsoft Common Data Models (CDM) für verschiedene Stakeholder-Gruppen

• Bewertung der Eignung des CDM im Kontext der Marktarchitektur und Ableitung fundierter Entscheidungsempfehlungen

• Unterstützung bei Architekturentscheidungen (ADR) und Vorbereitung von Unterlagen für Design Authorities und Architekturboards

• Durchführung der kontinuierlichen Qualitätssicherung von Architekturkonzepten

• Coaching und Sparring für interne Architekten, Fachbereiche und Gremien

• Übernahme der Funktion als neutraler Reviewer und Entscheidungsunterstützer zur Absicherung der Zielarchitektur

Muss-Anforderungen

• Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Enterprise Architekt in komplexen IT-Landschaften

• Sehr gute Erfahrung in der Integration von ERP-Systemen in Microsoft-basierte Architekturen

• Sehr gute praktische Erfahrung in der Beladung von Daten in Microsoft Dataverse, inklusive Nutzung von Standard-Entitäten und Modellierung zusätzlicher Tabellen

• Erfahrung in der Bereitstellung großer Datenmengen für Marktbearbeitungssysteme

• Erfahrung mit batchgetriebenen Verarbeitungen, insbesondere Monatsend- und Jahresendverarbeitungen

• Fähigkeit, Omnikanal-Anforderungen architektonisch sauber umzusetzen und die Bedeutung der Datenspeicherung in der Verkaufsphase zu bewerten

• Fähigkeit, Vorteile und Nachteile des Common Data Model (CDM) verständlich und praxisnah zu erklären, insbesondere in Bezug auf API-Schnittstellen und Services

• Sehr gute Erfahrung mit großen CRM-Datenmengen, beispielsweise Kontakte im Microsoft Dynamics 365 Umfeld > 10 Mio

• Fähigkeit zur Beurteilung, ob eine „Datamart“ Bereitstellung für die abnehmenden Systeme notwendig ist und wenn ja in welcher Form dies im Omnikanal durchgeführt werden soll

Kann-Anforderungen

• Erfahrung mit Data-Lake-Architekturen oder Datalakehaus, idealerweise Azure Data Lake

• Erfahrung im Microsoft-Ökosystem wie D365, Power Platform und Azure

• Erfahrung im Banken- oder Finanzdienstleistungsumfeld
