This role is responsible for planning and optimizing the assessment process for a fast-growing portfolio of medical devices across various regulatory frameworks and standards.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Planning and forecasting the assessment resources needed to meet customer demand, ensuring all hiring and onboarding plans align with capacity needs.
- Designing and optimizing the allocation of assessment experts across various types of devices, regions, and regulatory regimes.
- Managing the scheduling and prioritization of evaluations, including matching experts with appropriate locations and timing.
- Collaborating with engineering and machine learning teams to automate large-scale assessment operations.
For this role, you will need:
- Experience in building or operating production forecasting, optimization, or scheduling systems.
- Data modeling and analytics skills to make operational decisions and improve scheduling tools.
- Experience with AI to evaluate the reliability of AI-generated outputs.
- Experience leading cross-functional decisions with competing priorities.
- Ability to explain complex operational decisions in a clear manner.
Additionally, you will be required to work across a range of devices and comply with various regulatory frameworks. You will need to work with engineering teams to automate large-scale assessment operations.
