Head of Customer Support and Client Relationship Management
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Customer Support and Client Relationship Management to join our dynamic team at the forefront of our industry. This role is pivotal in ensuring customer satisfaction and building strong client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the entire customer support and client relationship management processes, including handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive client experience.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with various departments to provide support and address client needs in a timely and effective manner.
- Conduct regular client satisfaction surveys and analyze feedback to continuously improve processes and products.
- Lead and mentor a team of customer support representatives to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and client engagement.
- Develop and implement training programs for customer support staff to improve their skills and customer service abilities.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and regulations, and provide guidance and support to team members.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer support and client relationship management.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and solutions.
- Proven track record of successfully managing customer support and client relationship management processes.
- Knowledge of industry best practices and the ability to adapt to changing customer needs.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or a related technical field.
