Responsibilities
As part of the "Global Growth" initiative, we are looking for skilled electricians to install solar power and heating systems in Colombia and Brazil. We offer a 6-week technical and language training program at our Enpal Academy in Blankenfelde-Mahlow (Ludwig-Erhard-Ring 12, 15827).
Apply to join our team for 6 months in full-time position from July 2026 or August 2026.
Deliver language courses (DAF) at the A2/B1 level
Develop didactic materials focusing on electrical terminology
Choose and use appropriate learning methods and tools
Support South American electricians at the Enpal Academy
Coordinate additional online language courses
Conduct quality evaluations of language training
Support administrative processes
Requirements
Teacher experience in the field of English as a second language or a language-related study
Fluent in Spanish, with at least a B2 level
Experience in cultural understanding of South America desirable
High motivation and team spirit, love working with people
Excellent communication skills and confident presence
Solution-oriented, resilient, and self-sufficient
Strong organizational skills
