Job Title: Full-Stack Developer - React and Python

Key Responsibilities:
1. React Development:
- Collaborate with the front-end team to enhance user experience through the use of React.js.
- Implement and maintain components and reusable UI elements to ensure a seamless user interface.
- Work on the integration of new features and bug fixes in existing applications using React.js.
2. Python Development:
- Develop and maintain Python-based backend services.
- Create APIs using Django or Flask to facilitate communication with the front-end.
- Ensure robust and efficient code that meets the performance and security standards of the application.
3. Database Management:
- Work with databases to ensure data integrity and efficient retrieval.
- Implement and optimize SQL queries to improve the speed and reliability of data retrieval.
- Ensure database security through proper encryption and access controls.
4. Project Management:
- Participate in project planning and execution.
- Manage tasks and deliverables within the project timeline.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
5. Documentation:
- Create clear and concise documentation for the application.
- Help others understand the application's features and functionality through documentation.
6. Testing and Quality Assurance:
- Conduct unit and integration testing to ensure the application functions as expected.
- Participate in code reviews to improve code quality and maintain consistency across the team.
- Ensure that the application meets quality standards and user expectations.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in full-stack development, with a strong preference for experience with React and Python.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and React.js.
- Experience with Python, Django, and/or Flask.
- Knowledge of databases, SQL, and database management.
- Experience with version control systems like Git.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong understanding of cloud-based technologies, such as AWS or Azure.
- Familiarity with Docker and containerization.
- Experience with backend development, such as Node.js or Ruby on Rails.
- Experience with continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) tools.
Desired Qualifications:
- Knowledge of agile project management methodologies.
- Experience with web application security best practices.
- Experience with Kubernetes or Docker Swarm.
