Senior Full-Stack Developer
Job Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Full-Stack Developer to join our dynamic team, focusing on building and maintaining cutting-edge web applications that drive our client's success. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Full-Stack Development:
- Design and implement robust, scalable, and efficient full-stack solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of front-end and back-end functionalities.
- Lead the development of complex applications using modern front-end frameworks like React and back-end technologies such as Node.js and Express.
2. Design and Implement Solutions:
- Design and implement solutions that meet the client’s requirements.
- Create clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and industry standards.
- Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to team members for continuous improvement.
3. Technical Leadership:
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.
- Participate in technical discussions and contribute to the development of new technologies.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in full-stack development.
4. User Experience (UX) Focus:
- Collaborate with UX designers to ensure intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to continuously improve the user experience.
- Ensure that the design is not only functional but also visually appealing and responsive.
5. Project Management:
- Participate in project planning and execution.
- Manage timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Perform code reviews and conduct code audits to ensure quality.
6. Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment.
- Build strong relationships with the client to understand their needs and provide the best solutions.
- Maintain open lines of communication to resolve any issues promptly.
7. Quality Assurance:
- Perform unit testing and integration testing to ensure high-quality applications.
- Conduct performance testing to ensure applications are responsive and perform well under various conditions.
- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to improve the quality of the code.
8. Problem Solving:
- Identify and solve complex technical problems with innovative solutions.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions to clients.
- Continuously seek ways to improve the quality and reliability of the applications.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in full-stack development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Node.js, React, and Express.
- Strong understanding of modern front-end frameworks and back-end technologies.
- Experience with version control systems like Git.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Requirements:
- Experience with cloud-based services (AWS, Azure, etc.).
- Experience with databases and data management.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies and Scrum practices.
- Experience with front-end frameworks like Angular, Vue.js, or Ember.js.
- Experience with databases like MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
