Full-Time Software Developer - Backend Engineer
We are seeking a Full-Time Software Developer with a strong background in backend development to join our team. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining our company's backend systems, including servers, databases, and APIs. We are looking for a person who can work independently and as part of a team, with a passion for solving complex technical problems and creating innovative solutions.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain robust backend systems, including servers, databases, and APIs.
2. Design and implement efficient and scalable solutions to complex problems.
3. Work closely with frontend developers and designers to ensure seamless user experience.
4. Collaborate with other engineers and technical leaders to ensure the highest quality of work.
5. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
6. Contribute to the overall design and architecture of the company's backend systems.
7. Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and programming languages, and be able to apply them to our projects.
8. Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and management.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
2. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in backend development, with hands-on experience in frameworks such as Node.js, Django, or Ruby on Rails.
3. Strong knowledge of SQL and database design principles.
4. Experience with cloud-based services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
5. Proficiency in at least one programming language, including Python, JavaScript, and C#.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
7. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
