Job Title: Full Stack Developer (React, Python)
#### Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer with a strong background in React and Python to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality web applications that integrate seamlessly with the company’s existing systems. This position requires a combination of technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering innovative solutions.
#### Responsibilities:
1. Project Development:
- Design and implement new web applications using React for front-end development.
- Collaborate with the design and engineering teams to ensure that the application meets user requirements and design specifications.
- Develop and maintain APIs to integrate with backend services and external systems.
- Implement security measures to protect user data and ensure compliance with industry standards.
2. API Development:
- Create and maintain RESTful APIs using Python and Flask, Django, or any other preferred framework.
- Develop and test APIs to ensure they are efficient, reliable, and scalable.
- Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms to secure data access.
3. Front-End Development:
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using modern JavaScript frameworks and libraries.
- Optimize front-end performance by implementing best practices such as lazy loading, caching, and minimizing HTTP requests.
- Work on responsive design to ensure the application performs well on various devices and screen sizes.
4. Backend Development:
- Develop robust and efficient backend services using Python, Django, or similar frameworks.
- Implement database management using PostgreSQL or MySQL.
- Write well-documented and scalable code to ensure maintainability and future scalability.
5. Testing and Deployment:
- Write unit tests and integration tests to ensure code quality and functionality.
- Implement continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using tools like Jenkins or GitLab CI.
- Deploy applications to production environments using Docker and Kubernetes.
6. Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, engineers, and project managers, to ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Participate in code reviews to improve code quality and efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and clients to understand and meet their needs.
#### Requirements:
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in React.js for front-end development.
- Experience with Python, Django, or Flask for backend development.
- Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and version control systems (Git).
- Familiarity with databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
- Experience with Git, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI).
- Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent time management and project management skills.
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Additional certifications in relevant technologies may be preferred.
#### Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Full Stack development.
- Experience with integrating with existing systems and integrating with backend services.
#### Preferred Experience:
- Experience with Microservices architecture.
- Experience with agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Familiarity with cloud-based solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP).
