Client Services Business Analyst
The Client Services Business Analyst plays a pivotal role in the development and delivery of AccessGenius, a comprehensive pharmaceutical cost and coverage application. This position oversees the entire project lifecycle, ensuring adherence to client needs, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. The Analyst is responsible for leading and coordinating cross-functional teams, including Product Delivery, Application, and Client Services, to deliver high-quality solutions. Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing the development and implementation of project plans, ensuring alignment with client requirements and regulatory standards.
- Coordinating with internal departments to develop and submit MLR submissions, as well as prepare content for client presentations.
- Collaborating with Client Services Manager to prepare and present client presentations, track action items, and facilitate communication to ensure client satisfaction.
- Organizing meetings with Product Delivery, Application, and Client Services teams, and subject matter experts when necessary.
- Executing final internal application testing to ensure high-quality deliverables meet client expectations.
- Resolving client inquiries or routing them to the appropriate team for resolution, ensuring timely client communication.
- Remaining up-to-date on project statuses, next steps, and client needs.
- Implementing problem-solving strategies and solutions, and resolving issues systematically.
The ideal candidate for this role should have a Bachelor's degree in Health Care or Business, with 2-5 years of experience in Market Access, preferably working for a Market Access Agency. Essential skills include a working knowledge of pharmaceutical marketplace, brands, and data inputs, as well as project management software.
