Join us as a Senior Project Manager, where your mission is to drive digitalization initiatives that make a real difference. As a member of an interdisciplinary team of over 1,400 ]init[s located across seven locations in Germany, you'll be responsible for managing complex projects that encompass Migration & Inneres. Your role involves synthesizing diverse skills, technologies, and expertise into practical solutions that solve real-world problems.
Your Mission
- Realize ambitious IT and digitalization projects with a strong focus on migration and interior issues, using agile or hybrid methods.
- Oversee project scope, time, budget, quality, and risks, working with cross-disciplinary teams across various technological contexts.
- Lead the translation of client requirements into practical IT solutions, managing the implementation from conception to successful Go-live.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, working closely with clients in the public sector to develop solutions that meet their needs and help them achieve their digital transformation goals.
- Assist clients with questions related to digital transformation and identify opportunities for improving existing projects and solutions.
The Tasks
