We are seeking a Senior Product & Program Manager who can transform complex digital products and transformation initiatives into tangible results. This role combines product leadership, program management, and consulting, bridging user needs, business goals, technology, and organizational realities. You will collaborate with Product Owners and senior stakeholders, steer multiple workstreams, and assist clients in making better product, technology, and transformation decisions. You'll challenge assumptions, identify opportunities, and help evolve products, processes, and ways of working.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and owning product strategies, roadmaps, and priorities
- Connecting user needs, business goals, technology, and delivery realities
- Steering scope, budget, dependencies, risks, and delivery
- Establishing agile product routines and ways of working
- Challenging existing approaches and serving as a trusted advisor to clients
- Identifying and assessing AI opportunities across products, processes, and ways of working
- Driving transformation and organizational change, connecting individual work-streams to the larger transformation agenda
- Navigating complexity and change, while ensuring alignment across functions and organizational levels
Requirements include:
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Program Management, Digital Consulting, or a similar role
- Proven experience in shipping digital products and leading complex initiatives
- Strong cross-functional experience across product, design, technology, and business
- Excellent senior stakeholder management, with the confidence to challenge and influence
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, complexity, and organizational change
- Understanding of agile product development and product leadership
- Experience in digital transformation, consulting, or multi-workstream programs is a strong plus
- Native German and fluent English
