As a Business Developer, you will leverage your technical expertise and entrepreneurial spirit to help our rapidly expanding company improve performance marketing and drive growth. This position will be instrumental in our strategic vision, where you will work closely with the CEO and other senior leadership to build innovative solutions and drive market share.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and improve internal processes to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies
- Develop and implement automated workflows and KI tools to automate repetitive tasks
- Identify and integrate new tools and software to optimize workflow and enhance productivity
- Document processes to ensure consistency and scalability
- Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and refine our products and services
- Monitor and measure the impact of your work through data-driven metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
Requirements
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Business Development, Operations, or Process Management
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong desire to bring processes to life
- Experience with KI tools and automation (e.g., ChatGPT/Claude, Zapier/Make)
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, as well as the ability to simplify complex processes
- Self-directed and reliable, able to work independently and consistently to bring projects to completion
- Fluent in German
