Das ZSP ist eine besondere Wohnform der Eingliederungshilfe sowieder stationären Pflege mit psychiatrischem Schwerpunkt. Die Einrichtung verfügt aktuell über 120 Plätze und rund 100 Beschäftigte.

Als Kerneinrichtung des gemeindepsychiatrischen Netzwerks der Dr. Nowack Gruppe steht sie für fachliche Kontinuität und zugleich für gezielte Weiterentwicklung. Parallel zu einem laufenden Modernisierungs- und Neubauprojekt mit einem Investitionsvolumen von rund 15 Mio. Euro suchen wir eine kaufmännisch geprägte Leitungspersönlichkeit, die operativ vor Ort tätig ist, wirtschaftlich sicher steuert und die konzeptionelle Weiterentwicklung der Einrichtung aktiv prägt.

Aufgaben

• Eigenverantwortliche Leitung und Steuerung einer Einrichtung der Eingliederungshilfe und einer stationären Pflegeeinrichtung mit psychiatrischem Schwerpunkt
• Operative Verantwortung vor Ort mit enger Anbindung an die täglichen Abläufe derEinrichtung
• Steuerung von Controlling, Budgetplanung, Kalkulationen und wirtschaftlichenProzessen
• Erstellung, Prüfung und Weiterentwicklung betriebswirtschaftlicher und organisatorischer Konzepte
• Organisatorische und konzeptionelle Weiterentwicklung der Gesamteinrichtung und ihrer Leistungsangebote
• Mitwirkung an Pflegesatzverhandlungen sowie an der wirtschaftlichen und strategischen Ausrichtung der Einrichtung
• Zusammenarbeit mit Behörden, Kostenträgern, Netzwerkpartnern und weiteren relevanten Akteuren im Sozial- und Gesundheitswesen
• Sicherstellung des Qualitätsmanagements sowie der Pflege- und Betreuungsqualität
• Repräsentation der Einrichtung nach innen und außen
• Übernahme einer Schlüsselrolle im Generationenwechsel mit Perspektive auf dies pätere alleinige Einrichtungsleitung und Geschäftsführung

Qualifikation

• Abgeschlossenes Studium, vorzugsweise BWL oder ein vergleichbarer kaufmännisch geprägter Studiengang
• Berufserfahrung in einer leitenden und personalverantwortlichen Position im Gesundheitswesen
• Fundierte Erfahrung in Kalkulation, Controlling und betriebswirtschaftlicher Steuerung
• Fähigkeit, wirtschaftliche Kennzahlen und Kalkulationen nicht nur zu bewerten, sondern selbst zu erarbeiten und zu verantworten
• Erfahrung in der Entwicklung, Überarbeitung und Abstimmung von Konzepten
• Unternehmerisches Denken, Organisationsstärke und eine ausgeprägte Handlungsorientierung
• Selbstständige, strukturierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
• Kommunikationsstärke, Kollegialität, Konfliktfähigkeit und Verlässlichkeit
• Idealerweise Erfahrung in stationärer Eingliederungshilfe (SGB IX) und/ oder stationärer Pflege (SGB XI); Bewerbungen aus angrenzenden Bereichen des Gesundheitswesens sind ebenfalls willkommen
• Wünschenswert sind für die Einrichtungsleitung übliche juristische Kenntnisse sowie die Eignung gemäß WTG-PersVO LSA
